By using the VoiceClone TTS Twitch Extension ("Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
VoiceClone TTS allows Twitch viewers to submit text-to-speech messages and lets broadcasters manage available voices for their channel. Some features may rely on Twitch platform functionality and third-party audio providers.
The Extension may use Twitch Bits platform features where available. Twitch handles Bits transactions and related account billing. We do not process your payment card information directly.
The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including when required by Twitch, service providers, security concerns, or technical limitations.
The Extension may rely on third-party services for audio generation, hosting, or delivery. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes caused by those providers.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Extension if we reasonably believe usage violates these terms, Twitch policies, applicable law, or the safety of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Extension is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceClone TTS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Extension.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
